A pet PUPPY is defined here to be a Weimaraner puppy which is in good health at the time of sale, and embodies the characteristics of the Weimaraner breed . This PUPPY is purebred and is registerable (registered) with the American Kennel Club.

The BREEDER guarantees the above described dog to be healthy at the time of the sale.

The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after delivery.

The BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.

If the puppy is found to be other than healthy by the BUYER'S veterinarian, it shall be returned to the BREEDER immediately, and the purchase price will be refunded. Deadline for this refund is (DateXX).

All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied.

The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health.

There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc.. The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the BREEDER. MOST PARTICULARLY, the BUYER agrees to keep the puppy slim throughout it's normal growth period. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.

The BUYER agrees that neither he/she nor the BUYER'S estate/executors may sell this PUPPY or transfer ownership of this PUPPY without the BREEDER'S knowledge and written consent

The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy, the BUYER must contact the BREEDER and the BREEDER will have the first choice to either: (a) take the PUPPY back or (b) assist the BUYER in finding a suitable home for the PUPPY.

The BUYER agrees to notify the BREEDER of any changes of address during the PUPPY'S lifetime.

The BREEDER neither makes or implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer with respect to this sale. The Buyer's signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understands all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.

2. Seller Representation
The following representations and conditions apply to the sale of aforementioned dog.

Buyer may return puppy for a full refund for any reason within 48 hours of purchase, provided buyer agrees to pay all transportation costs back to Breeder.
Buyer is completely satisfied with and waives any and all claims regarding the dog's confirmation, and outward appearance (meaning the dog meets the breed standard at this age).

3. Consideration

___a. This dog identified in Section 1 is being sold for the sum of .; part . paid as a non-refundable deposit and . the remainder to be paid in full upon taking the puppy.

4. Maintenance

___a. Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to inoculation, internal and external parasites, and - where indicated - heartworm prevention medication.
___b. Buyer further agrees to provide exercise as indicated in order to maintain this dog/bitch in proper weight and physical condition. A proper diet consists of top-quality dog food and supplements. Food NOT including highly commercialized brands including with artificial preservatives. Vitamin E is an acceptable preservative.
___d. Buyer agrees that this dog/bitch is NOT to be LEFT IN A BACKYARD or KENNEL ONLY. This dog/bitch is sold with the understanding that it was to go to a carefully selected parties and that the Buyer AVOWED the dog/bitch would become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for which the animal was bred.)
___e. Breeding Prerequisites: Breeding of a bitch shall be every other heat cycle or no more than 1 (one) back to back cycle with a 1 (one) year rest period before again breeding and ONLY after the age of 1 1/2 (one and a half) years. A stud dog will NOT breed any more than 2 (two) bitches in any one week.

___f. Buyer agrees to provide Seller with yearly photographs suitable for advertising and photocopies of all awards and fritiques along with the judge(s) names and the club sponsoring the show. Buyer also agrees that Seller may use the photographs and any particulars of qualifying awards in any future advertising. (This includes dogs sold as pets.)
___g. Buyer agrees Seller will REPOSESS DOG/BITCH UPON EVIDENCE OF NEGLECT AND/OR ABUSE at no expense to Seller. Buyer agrees to provide all medical records of the dog/bitch to the seller and to fully disclose all health problems since dog/bitch left the Kennel.

This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal, not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose or function of this dog. This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities and is not to be used for any type of puppymill, dog farm or other mass producing or money making operation.

Buyer/Seller Agreement HEALTH GUARANTEE Seller certifies that this puppy is a purebred Weimaraner of sound body, good health, and free of communicable diseases as far as appears to the eye. This puppy has received necessary set of puppy shots and been treated for worms. Seller agrees the dog will be examined within 72 hours of purchase by a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). If a pre-existing malady is discovered at that time, Seller will pay any and all costs of treatment of said malady, provided that the treatment is performed by a DVM of Sellers choosing or approval prior to the start of treatment. Further, if in the Sellers sole discretion, the Seller feels euthanasia is appropriate, the Seller may request same instead of treatment. If Buyer agrees to the destruction of the dog, Seller will replace the dog with one of equal value. However, if Buyer does not agree to the destruction of the dog, any and all of the warranties in this contract will be considered null and void, including all obligations for costs of treatment. Pre-existing maladies, for the purpose of this contract are defined as those conditions existing in the dog at the time of the sale. This definition does not include follow-up wormings, or treatment for intestinal upsets due  to transportation and/or relocation of the dog.. You will receive a replacement puppy of equal or greater value from our next available litter if this puppy has any congenital defects which result (or may result) in death or in its having to be euthanized within one year of this sale. Seller must be provided with a written report of the dogs health problem from Buyers veterinarian. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for all costs and care during this time.  SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Seller guarantees that Buyer will be satisfied with the puppy purchased. If Buyer is not satisfied with the puppy received, puppy may be returned to Seller at Buyers cost. Seller will replace puppy or a full refund of the purchase price will be made (Sellers option).  This Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 72 hours after Buyer receives puppy. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS Registration papers will be furnished to Buyer upon receipt from the A.K.C. and when complete payment is made for the puppy. GENERAL AGREEMENT TERMS If this puppy cannot be kept for any reason, the Buyer agrees to give the Seller the first opportunity to buy the puppy back at a reasonable price (not to exceed the original purchase price) with respect to age. If Seller elects to purchase the dog back, Buyer agrees to supply and transfer all corresponding registration papers and to supply a current health certificate at the time of delivery. Should the dog be sold elsewhere or ownership transferred from original buyer, this contract would become void (this contract is non-transferable). Buyer agrees to provide this dog with adequate nutrition and a full round of available annual vaccinations. Buyer agrees not to mistreat  this dog in any shape or form nor allow any type of laboratory tests (such as cosmetic or medical experiments) to be performed on him/her. Please understand that we are animal lovers and desire that none of our animals suffer cruelty in any fashion. Violation of this contract will constitute Buyers unconditional surrender of the purchased dog and all registration documents at no cost to Seller. All warranties described will be considered null and void in the event that the Buyer: fails to maintain the dog in a clean, healthy, safe environment at all times; 1. fails to follow a DVMs schedule of immunization and parasite control, including heartworm testing and prevention; 2. refuses to feed the dog in the recommended manner; 3. fails to care for and/or train the dog in a humane manner; 4. sells, gives away, or in any other manner transfers ownership of the dog in whole or in part to any other  person or persons  Note: Contract not binding until both pages are signed by both Buyer and Seller. Upon signature completion, this contract will become a legal and binding document, as agreed by Buyer and Seller.

Guarantee of Good Health

______This puppy is sold on Limited Registration. It is understood that the puppy will be Spayed/Neutered and NOT to be used for breeding. Puppy is to be spayed/neutered upon six months of age. You are to furnish the breeder with a copy of the spay/neutered receipt.

______This puppy is sold on Full Registration in which it will be eligible for all registry events and offspring will be eligible for registration. This dog is suited to be shown and used for breeding.

Puppy is guaranteed to be a purebred. I will either give Registration Papers immediately if bought with full registration or after the spaying/neutering is done. .All fees, including sale price, sales tax, shipping and handling charges are payable prior to shipment of the animal. Once the puppy leaves the sellers hands to board plane, the Seller holds no responsibility for the puppy.

HOLDING AGREEMENT

IN CONSIDERATION OF A PAYMENT OF .00_ OF WHICH .00_ IS SURETY OF ACTION. SELLER ASSIGNS BUYER THE DOG & GUARANTEEING THAT SAID DOG WILL NOT BE SOLD TO ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE BUYER. AT THE TIME BUYER ACQUIRES PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF SAID DOG, THAT PORTION OF THE DEPOSIT TAKEN AND KNOWN AS SURETY OF ACTION SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE. THE SURETY OF ACTION DEPOSIT RECEIVED BY SELLER IN THE AMOUNT OF .00 FOR WEIMARANER PUPPIES, THE DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

You agrees never to train his/her puppy to be an attack dog. This will be involution of contract.
